Return Policy – TIMEBUNNY

This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from TIMEBUNNY, owned and operated by Liam James Smith, through www.timebunny.com.

1. Return Eligibility & Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items (Customer Remorse). To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused, and original condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

2. Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: Returns are accepted exclusively by mail.
  • Return Shipping Fee: We provide Free Return Shipping for all eligible returns. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee ($0.00) for any returns.

3. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, please return the original item for a full refund and place a separate order for the new item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@timebunny.com with your order number.
2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email.
3. Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
4. After we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
